The Ontario Child Care Management System (OCCMS) is a comprehensive software application that supports Service System Managers with overseeing and managing a system of services for children from birth to age 12.
OCCMS supports the administration of provincial funding such as Child Care Fee Subsidy, General Operating Grant, Wage Enhancement and Special Purpose funding, Contract and Financial Management and EarlyON Child and Family Centres.
OCCMS monitors eligibility, generates attendance schedules, processes cheque requisitions and produces reports for Service Manager reporting requirements. It maintains information on the applicant, child, head office and provider site.
Training modules support Consolidated Municipal Service Managers (CMSMs) and District Social Services Administration Boards (DSSABs) staff in optimizing their use of OCCMS.
Learn about many aspects of OCCMS in a short amount of time. The monthly calendar is pre-populated with a variety of modules and training can take place in the comfort of your own workstation.
